I recently lodged two claims with MiWay, and initiated the communications via email. The next day, I received a call from both Jana and Tamsin, and they were very efficient and friendly in handling all my queries.
Jana managed to get my claim with her sorted out in a very short time, while Tamsin's claim is still open. This is largely due to my being unable to send through photos related to the claim, and I really appreciate her patience with waiting for those photos.
All the times I have communicated with either lady, they have been very friendly, and always offered advice and assistance in sorting out the claims.
I wouldn't mind dealing with other companies if they all have the same attitude towards service as what MiWay have!!
