Outsurance
Not following up on promises

I had an accident in July last year by where I drove through a water filled pothole at night!

I called Outsurance and there service was quick and efficient. However I got a call from Conrad the next day saying that they were going to claim back from the Roads Agency. I would get my excess back and they would get their claim back. and that it could take a few months,

in September I got a call from the roads agency saying that my claim was ready but she could not get through to the correct person at Outsurance,

I then emailed Conrad and he said he would take care of it and let me know. its now 4 months later and I still have not heard anything.

I think I have been more than patient and I am now at my wits end with all these empty promises.

and why would Outsurance take away my no claim bonus if they are getting the claim amount reimbursed to them by the roads agency???

this whole situation is making me re-think my insurance for my car, house and lady@out!

I need this resolved!
