What an excellent service i received from one of the agent from Miway Insurance, I had a break-in on 26 February 2013, when i called Miway i got so lucky to have been put through to Jana Hennings to take my claim, Jana was very patience, respectful, she showed care, and most of all she is a very good listener. It took her just a few days t finalise my claim without any hustle. i had another break-in on the 23 March 2013 which is only after three weeks from the first one, i called Miway and spoke to Jana Hennings again, to my surprise she even remembered me very well, even remembered that i was to go for an operation on the first claim, this showed her good listening skills, and she was still the same respectful caring and patient lady i spoke to. this time she outdone herself again. You can imagine i was not able to sent her all the documents she needed from me immediately because i was not feeling very well from the operation but she was very patient with me still, and the claim was over in no time. i strongly believe she should be one of the employee of the year, we need people like Jana Hennings from Miway Insurance in the world of customer service, she is excellent.
