On the 22nd April I paid my Edgars account at a Red Square store in Lonehill with my debit card. The transaction was unsuccessful as the transaction machine showed an error. The same day I went to the ATM and it showed that my account was debited with the R1300.00 that was unsuccessful at the store. I have been calling Standard Bank customer care call centre ever since as Edgars have not received the payment and my account has not been credited as yet. The assured me that the issue will be rectified within 12 days. I has been almost a month and no one can assist me or tell me where my money has gone to.
I need this sorted and I want my money back!
