Unning around at FNB... how can you help me

I opened a new fnb cheque account... but honestly it has been more hassles than anything my cards were first delivered to wrong cities and now i received a card but it has been deactivated, what is the use of this card absolutely nothing to me... at this point i am furious and at the same time i am being charged a service fee of R109 for something i am having endless problems with on top of this i must wait a week for a new card. I am not prepared to explain this all of again and when someone calls me back they need to have checked on all these things... your motto... How can we help you... now let me answer this for you... i want this matter resolved as soon as possible... and any charges/fees that was incurred will be reversed .i want a useatble card as soon as possible. I would appreciate a response at the soonest time as i am just furious... having money in a fnb account that i cant use.
