When I opened my Nedbank Everyday account, one of the benefits was that there were no card fees. However, each year I get charged card fees. Every year for the last 4 years I have to call the bank and remind them that I in fact should not be charged for card fees. The fees then get reversed (wonder about bank charges?), and I am promised that the root cause will be found and fixed.
Four years running now - got charged for the cards again this month.
Really disappointed in the way that problems never get resolved, hence my report here
