I do not have an overdraft on my account, but a payment of R700 went through which puts my account on -R700. I did a stop order a while ago and for forgot to cancel it. This morning I went into absa mimosa mall asking for help and a certain lady there told me she could not help me. I am not hapi at all. The lady was not even wearing her name tag that why I am unable to identify her. So pls help cos I need to close this account as soon as possible.
