CLOSING OF ACCOUNT

In previous reports I confirmed that I have given up on changing my name at ABSA. On 9 November 2013 I paid in R1368.04 to close my Account. The confirmation SMS reflected a positive balance of R120.75. On 14 Nov 2013 I was told to pay in an amount of R23.00 for I am in overdraft. I showed the lady the sms mentioned and she said well then the bank will have to write off the R23.00. The account was closed and I asked her for proof to which she replied that I must look at the system on her screen. She however promised to send a confirmation email that the account was closed. NOW I AM OVER R200.00 IN OVERDRAFT AND I MUST SUBMIT PROOF THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED. THIS WAS REQUESTED FROM ME TODAY 2 DEC 2013. ABSA THIS IS SOMETHING GETTING OUT OF HAND NOW. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF HEARING FROM ABSA JEFFREYS BAY. DO NOT MAKE YOUR PROBLEMS MINE.
