Unauthorised debit orde

I've NEVER had a loan whatsoever at Discovery! All of a sudden today there was a R399 debit order debit deducted from my bank account!! I've phoned the call centre, but each time I've phoned I was cut off!! Can i please be notified for what this debit order was for!!!?? I'm going to reverse the debit order at my bank immediately!! Can i please have response asap!!??
