NEVER FOLLOWS UP - 4 WEEKS LATE I STILL DON'T KNOW

I applied for a credit card upgrade on the 8th of May 2013.
I called a week later to find out why i had not been contact or any confirmation give.
Elizabeth Maduna then said I had outstanding paper work - Copy of my ID (SHE SAID SHE COULD NOT GET HOLD OF ME -RUBBISH)
I have 4 bank accounts a Premier banking assistant and receive all my statements from FNB Via email and sms notifications (Really!!!)
I called again on the 27th numerous times to find out where i am in the process. I was told i would be contacted by me Premier banker by Elizabeth (She did not contact me)
I called on the 30th no joy.
I called again 31 today with no joy.
