FNB useless - NO HELP AT ALL

Good day

I have been Liaising with FNB Premier banking department for almost 3 months now trying to obtain a credit card.
I have spoken to Elizabeth Moluasi in the Premium banking department - and tried to apply, however FNB has declined me more than a few times! My issue is that, FNB has granted me a huge amount of finance for my vehicle in Dec 2012 and cannot give me a credit card! I have no other accounts and sent ALL correspondents that I am clear to Elizabeth. She then advised that she will send all my letters to her manager and he asked me to apply in one month from April. Now I DID and declined again! A guy promised he would get back to me to discuss this and NOBODY contacted me as promised!!! I can't begin to even explain my disgust and I am going to consider changing my bank!
