My name is Pertunia Nomsa Khunoana memebership number is CAL059983.Kindly assist me regarding my cellphone insurance services. My phone is damaged and i paid the access fee on the 21 May 2013 and emailed my document to Finrite on the 22 May 2013 and they said i should wait for authorisation within 24 hours. I tried to call the lady for past days but she was on tea time everytime i call. Yesterday i called her she said she forget to come back to me. Its been long because i dont have a phone im stranded. If it was them they would have called me several times.
