Not only did the wonderful Keamo Dube get back to me (which is unheard-of from a Call Centre Supervisor: none of the others had), she managed to fix in ten minutes an issue that I had been trying to get sorted out for six weeks.

It had taken me until that point 14 different phonecalls (including escalations and being cut off while on hold: at least an hour and a half in total spent on the phone, emails, requests from attorneys) to try to have an account that was put on cancellation notice in error reinstated, and have the Flexi facility reinstated on the account. She listened patiently and empathically while I told my story for the 14th time, and personally took charge of the situation.

I hope that she gets the recognition for providing the type of service that 13 others could or would not, but which I expected from the beginning.
