Good day my name is Mrs. Valentine. I bought a cell phone from Edgars. And the insurance is with Finrite. I took the phone in for repairs in February. When i got the unit back i had to pay an access fee of R90.I took the phone home and when i charged the phone it did not want to switched back on. I then took the phone back to Edgars and they told me they must send the phone back and i waited another 3 weeks. I then got the phone back and the wanted to charge me a access fee of R240 .I then dispute it with Abner at Finrite and he said they made a mistake i only owed them R1.This is the 5th month and im still without a phone. I feel this is very very disgusting. Finrite don't have a problem deducting my fees and im a good payer now i must wait so long for the phone. Last night i went to Edgars to collect my phone and to my surprise the phone is still broken. I then called the call centre and they asking me to the phone must go back again. I spoke to Liam Goodman at the call centre, Abner, Leah and the team leader Samatha all they say is sorry and the unit must go back and they cant help me. How pathis is this service "disgusting 5 months that i must wait for the phone back and forth
