CCD was suppose to deliver my credit card on the 26.07.2013, I got an sms that morning that my card will be delivered that day. Same day in the afternoon I got a call from the their consultant that my card will be deliverd and confirming the delivery adress. The guy guy didnt pitch up and he didnt even call that he is no longer coming. On monday morning 29.07.2013 I called their call centre and to enquire why my card was not deliverd on friday. I was told that the delivery is scheduled for that day. I was told that I will be called back and I didnt get any call. Latter that day I called them and I was told that my card was deliverd to some address in Soweto (Tladi). The lady told me that she will investigate and call me back soon, she never call back. On tuesday morning I call them again and I spoke to a lady called Pertunia and she told me that the card have been delivered and that she will investigate the matter and call me back. Around 14H00 I called CCD Couries again and spoke to Pertunia again she promised me that she will call back before end of day and she never call. On wednesday morning I found out that someone withdraw R10000 from my account using same card.
