I moved my cheque account from Standard Bank to FNB in March 2013. I now want to order a Samsung S4 smart phone. The phone and Cell C sim is R299, and the phone alone is also R299. I now have to pay the same price for the phone only, but do not qualify for the phone and sim because my account is older than 10 days. They run specials to attract customers to join the bank, now that I am a member I do not qualify for the benefits because I am an existing customer. On top of this all week they promise me feedback but dont hear anything. SERVICE
