I previously had a tracker account which was cancelled more than 5 years ago. Last month I requested a new installation and had gone through the entire application process. One of the steps was to provide banking details, which I did. Deal was concluded and unit was installed. Yesterday I received a call stating that my debit order didn't't go through - BIG SHOCK - and upon further investigation I found Tracker never updated my banking details. I refuse to be penalised for Tracker's mistake and require confirmation thereof. I require feedback as to the reason why my details were not updated.
