Dont know how to update banking details

I have a membership with zone fitness since last year and everything was fine until up to recently, i moved banks and upon doing this i gave zone fitness my new banking details and what do know they still debit my old bank account and i'm getting sms's from them "please fund your account and please make payment before the 18th. obviously giving them my new banking details was a wasted effort on my part as they clearly did not update it on the system, now they want to hassle me cause they not getting there money, if you updated my banking details on your system you would not be sending me annoying sms's. i am extremely dissatisfied with this service, would like to know what you going to do about it and please dont expect me to pay double next month because you not getting your money this month is not my fault.
