I'm so disappointed with the service from FNB, you don't leave up to your slogan "how can we help you", I logged a complain last week on helopeter ref 286569 and only then I was introduced to premier bankers who promised that my problem with my smart device sim card will be resolved promptly, Tuesday (21-05-13) I was told that it will work before close of business yesterday, up to now it's not working and I have this device for almost 4 weeks. To make matters worse I bought this device for my wife as a gift and it has become like a monument. I think maybe I need to take this matter a step further may i will be taken seriously because now I feel like just another client out of thousands of clients FNB is having.
