BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

On monday the 27 may 2013 i went to open a account the person that helped me informed me i still had my old account that had money in it. so today the 29 may i recieved my salary i then went to pay for things with my card yet the card declines when i used it yesterday to withdraw cash when i got to the branch i spoke with the one lady and she said i must clear it befor using it yet i had used the card the day befor i then inquired abou internet banking the lady said no problem but i have to change my pin so i then changed the pin then only did she tell me that i now can not use the card because the pin was changed when i said to her that i needed to use the card today the service this lady gave me was wrong and very poor i closed my account and took all my money out i am disgusted with the service where do i go from here? no i have no bank account??? and how are these people that helped me going to be delt with we have a company that uses standard bank and gives standard bank big money where do we go with that account im am so of!!! PLEASE GIVE ME FEED BACK ON WHAT TO DO
