Vehicle Log Book

You financed a Clio 2 bought from Renault Durban in October 2005, took possession of the log book.
Your contact staff at 0860879900 keep saying it will take 7 to 8 days to reach the top of the Que before it will be looked for. My brain tells me that to get it to Kia Umhlanga it will take another week or so.
This vehicle loan was repaid in full in October 2008, been in your possession since then.
I have Traded the car in for a new one, all finance has been completed.
Surely you must agree that this is an impossible situation.
Asked to speak to a Manager with mandated authority, not transferred, no one phones back.
Sense is no one cares any more, I am just a victim of the new South African Business practise.
Can only get hold of a telephone consultant who reports to a Team Leader who has no mandate and does not speak to the public, Team Leader reports to a Manager who does not speak to the public return call or responds by email.
Please sort this out for me
