I called Mi-way to cancel my insurance with them as Out surance as offered me a better premium. However I was pleasantly surprised by the nature of Henry Shongwe and how he tried to retain me as a customer. He was friendly and accommodating and made me feel like I was important.
He has adjusted my premium and I am now satisfied.
