Efficient and friendly service at Telesure

After a warm welcome we had a good interaction with Shaun who was fast and efficient doing his job. In addition, he took a look at the vehicle and alerted us that it was unsafe to drive the vehicle back home after the assessment. A driver was arranged to drop us at home. We were informed about the plan for the vehicle repair in detail, it was reassuring. The assessment centre was neat and tidy.
