Credit card never arrived

On 3 Dec 2013 I opened a new account with FNB. I applied for a cheque and credit card. After spending 2hrs in the branch, I was assured all is done I now had to wait for my cards. A week later I collected my cheque card. I phoned early January to enquire about by credit card, and was told that I had to wait another 3 WEEKS!! I phoned again today and was told that my application has expired.. I was transferred to new applications, and transferred again and again, and no one could assist me. FNB NEVER attempted to contact me wrt my credit card. How on earth could it be expired??? The advertisement promises a quick smooth changeover, but that is clearly NOT the case. I really would like to hear what "beep bank's" name is in Steve's radio advertisement so that I could move to them. I'm VERY disappointed in FNBs service. What a joke!
