I received a statement from MFC in February 2013 stating i had three more installments with approx. R5400 due to be paid off. so i did the thing any consumer of any product would do is work out your month installments off of that amount and there was your total. from the statement i worked out that in May 2013 i should only pay between R1500 and R1700 (Which i varied with the call centre in January/February 2013) when the debit order went off I paid the full amount of R2004.85, so i contacted the call centre on the 4th May 2013 and spoke to a new person who transferred me to a "supervisor" or should i say a call centre agent pretending to be a supervisor called Eugene and was informed that the statement was only a guide line and not a true indication of the amount due and that it could be effected by the interest rate. i went to the bank and saw they want to deduct a further R1500 this month. however when i took the contract it was on a fixed interest rate with a total supplied to me. which was not to my satisfaction. i asked for a manger to called hasn't happened. I have sent multiple emailed to [Email Removed] and to [Email Removed] with no feedback i want answers.
