Braches not sharing the same Ethos

On Monday the Rissik branch confirmed that I qualify for a consolidation loan and needed a statement from Capfin to verify the amounts on my statement. I dealt with Nqobile and Phumlani the manager. On Tuesday afternoon when I brought the Capfin statement I found the Rissik Branch offline and decided to go to the Parkstation branch to check there.
I got to that branch and dealt with Ntombi and she also confirmed that I could qualify for a consolidation loan she needed to verify my payslips which could only be done this morning when my HR is available. I went to the branch again this morning and dealt with Georgia who started the process again and told me that I don't qualify. I don't understand how 3 people can have the same answer and one person says something different. The consolidation I wanted was for African Bank and Capfin and with the change I was going to pay off RCS.

I want a detailed explanation of how the change happened and actually want a reassessment by the head office urgently. I do not trust the way Georgia handled my application.
