I was called on Friday by one of the call centre agents, and was offered a consolidation loan, i was told i qualify and needed to go into the branch with my documents, i get to the branch on Saturday and am told i dont qualify because of affordability... if my two small loans are going to be consolidated how wont i be able to afford paying off a smaller amount? I have been an African Bank Client since 2010 and have had various loans with them and some have been paid up, and have never defaulted on one of my payments yet i get told i dont qualify... i am very dissapointed a i really needed the cash by the 6 February just to be turned away. A loyal customer.
