Resolution centre has sent me an email regrading my previous issue i had with them where the bank forgot to remove my profile status that was under Debt Review is 2011.

Resolution centre has emailed me after it took them a month to update my profile to say that my status has been finally been updated. But issue is not resolved still, i am unable to open an account at the branch.

Is the issue with the systems or with the people using your systems? How many months should somebody wait to just open an account? It has been 3x months now that i have been struggling and waiting for this bank to update my profile so i can open an account. or should i just close my wife s account and go to another bank maybe?
