I noticed a debit order going off off my Cheque Account with the description SL-DEBITS REAL FUTUR, which I did not authorize. Someone at ABSA told me to phone the MAGTAPES division to find out who the money is going to. This debit order has been going off for MONTHS.
This division is useless, I only get as far as the receptionist.
What must I do ABSA? Move to FNB? And don't give me your "... furnish feedback shortly..." copy paste message.
