Account added to spouse's profile without concent

My wife opened an internet profile yesterday. She went to the Brackenfell branch where a very unhelpful lady eventually helped her to open the profile. Today she used the profile for the first time. She found that they connected my account to her profile giving her full access without consulting me. This is a huge security transgression. There is also no option to remove this account from her profile!
