POOR POOR POOR POOR SERVICE

I called in about a month ago to put in my claim for my cellphone, I spoke to a lady called Togida, she took all the details and then promised to get back to me with with the update. I waited and waited and tried to get hold of her and no luck until I called through the call centre again then I found her and she said she is still waiting for quotations from her service provider and she will get back to me.. I waited and waited again and no response from her until a week later I had to call through the call centre again and then she said they cant pay my claim because my premiums were not paid, I told her that I called in twice the previous month asking them to change my debit order date for an earlier date, I even called again asking them why they haven't deducted yet and we agreed they would deduct that same day.. Togida then said she is going to listen to my calls and get back to me, she disappeared again for about a week and a half, no response from her, I couldn't get hold of her, I tried calling the call centre and still nothing.. when I finally got hold of her she said she was off sick and she has not listened to my calls as yet.. TILL TODAY IM STILL WAITING FOR TOGIDA!!!
