Not updating their systems

3 years ago, I removed myself from debt review. After numerous emails and visits to the the branch, FNB has still NOT removed the status from my profile.
I have numerous emails to them and from them, stating that I am no longer on debt review, but yet they still have not removed the status from my name - 3 years going now!

I just require that they take the debt review status off from my profile with them!!!
