I HAVE AN LOAN ACOUNT WITH CAPITEC THAT IS 5 MOTHS OLD AND FOR 5 MONTHS I AM TRYING TO GET THEM TO AMEND THE DEBIT ORDER DATE, AS THEY DEDUCT IT TO EARLY EVERY MONTH. I HAVE PHONED THEM EVERY MONTH, WENT TO THE LOCAL BRANCH WITH ALL THE DOCUMENTS AS REQUEST, BUT TO NO AVAIL. NOTHING SEEMS TO HAPPEN. I AM WALKING INTO A WALL...

THEIR INABILITY TO ASSIST IS COSTING ME MONEY, AS I PAY CHARGS FOR RETURNED DEBIT ORDER AT MY BANK, MY CREDIT RECORD GETS INFLUENCED BADLY AND MY RECORD WITH MY BANK ALSO LOOKS BAD... WHAT AM I TO DO??? FIGHTING SOES NOT HELP BEING FRIENDLY DOES NOT HELP, GOING TO THE LOCAL BRANCH DOES NOT HELP, PHONING SOES NOT HELP EITHER.

IT JUST SEEMS THEY DO NOT CARE... I RIED TO TAKE IT UP WITH A MANAGER AT THE BRACH BUT HE HIDES IN HIS OFFICE WITH THE EXCUSE THAT HE IS BUSY, I TRIED TO GET HOLD OF A MANAGER TELEPHONICALLY, BUT GET TOLD I CANNOT SPEAK WITH HIM HE IS BUSY AND THAT HE WILL PHONE BACK... AND WHAT HAAPENS??? NO FEEDBACK NOT CALL FROM HIM, WHATS NEW???
