Un-authorised debit

I have had this problem for the last year.
I keep on having these un-authorised debit on my ABSA Cheque account.
I have traced it back again to the same company, AGAIN. They keep using a different ref number.
The contact number is 031 - 301 6573 & 031-828 1195. For this month the reference number is: NAEDO TRACKED DO PREEMAL) PS/SAS00005517083. (The date was 15.05.2013 and the amount was R399.99.
Every time there is an un-authorised debit, I need to phone my bank (ABSA), the give me the number for the NAEDO Tracking, then I have to phone NAEDO tracking with the user number and they supply the contact information for the entity. Then you have to phone them to ask what it is, then they will "investigate" it, they never come back to you and then I have to go back into the ABSA branch to reverse the debit. Every time it is my time, my money for all the telephone calls and my money for the bank charges for reversing the payment.
