Capitec tarnished my credit record with ABSA by loading an early strike on my ABSA bank account on 13 December 2013 and was returned due to insufficient funds in that bank account. I have not authorized Capitec to take this debit order on this date and I consider this to be breach of contract.
I have reported this matter to Capitec in Parkview Shopping Centre in Pretoria East on Saturday, 14 December 2013. I supplied them with copies of my bank statement as well as information from the ABSA teller confirming the debit order as well as the returned debit order.
As you are undoubtedly aware, returned debit orders has a severe adverse effect on a person's credit rating.
