BAD SERVICE AND EXPERIENCES

I have a personal loan with ABSA. NEVER once have I missed a payment. in October 2012 I approached them for help and they refused to help me. As a result of that i missed two payments. On 17 January 2013 I made an arrangement (which they agreed to) that the behind installment on my personal loan not be deducted double but that my loan period be extended and instructed the opperator who confirmed that the debit order will only take effect on 26 Janaury 2013 after my salary is paid in. I in the meantime (an because i needed the money) canceled my life insurance and the money was paid out to me on 17 January 2013. Later the evening, and after specifically requesting them to only effect the debit order and receiving confirmation that it will be done so on 26 January (which is a week away), ABSA effected the debit order, leaving me once again in trouble. I had obligations with the money I received from my life insurance. What am I to do now?? Through the years i have been a loyal client. All my business is with ABSA but if this is how they help/support clients, I would rather take my business somewhere else. Please help me sort this out today and get my money back ASAP!
