I admit that i was behind on my personal loan, BUT no one of ABSA phoned and asked me how i will make this up!
So instead of making an arrangement with me in December 2012 when i got my bonus and making an arrangement to get my account up to date with me, they/you/ABSA deducts the debit order 3x times in January 2013.
Everybody gets their bonus in December and everybody cant wait to get paid in January because their last payment was in the middle of December... you/they/ABSA without my consent / Authorisation / knowledge go and deduct the debit order 3x times.
Cant you/they/ABSA take a full payment plus a 1/3 of a payment till i have cuaght up, so you/they/ABSA get more than 1 payment and I can also still Survive - PLEASE!!!
