My Mother, Lea Pfaff struggled since 2008 to get my belated father's annuity to be paid to her. She received in the meantime communication that the monies will be forfited during 2015 if paid out by then. She tried all the angles possible to get to annuity to be paid out but without any success. The question why struggling for your own money and where does it go to?
