A process that is meant to take 4weeks has taken almost 2 months. I applied for the release of my retirement annuity fund on the first week of February and this employer processed my application form incorrectly, and he did not inform me of his mistake instead I found out after numerous to this employee that he had processed the application incorrectly. I once again had to come in and re do the process application. I still have not received any response from this employee even after numerous calls. When I did eventually get. Hold of this employee he informed me that my annuity fund had been paid which was a lie. This is disgusting customer service
