On the 6th of May the geaser broke in my parents in law's home flooding two bedrooms and damaging the wooden floor, cuboards, carpets and ceiling. Idirect refuses to fix the damage due to them stating that the damage occured over a long period. (Insurance premiums were paid during this period I have to add). Everything is still broken and both pensioners, of which one is in a wheel chair have not been able to sleep in their own bed for the past 4 weeks. No one is assisting them to fix the problem and there are no light at the end of the tunnel. Please proove us wrong, we though you were a reputable insurance company.
