Obtructing me from becoming a custome

I tried to apply online for an Ebucks account, and the form did not allow me to proceed to the next stage.
I then called the call centre and the person who answered informed me that I should go into the branch to register for an account, this option does not suit me and if Ebucks does not support web registration they should not say that they do. The call centre operator insinuated that I did not know how to fill in a basic form online and as a result should go to the branch and register there, which is just not suitable and a waste of time considering it is the end of the month. I sent an email with an attached image of the screenshot of the website not allowing me to complete my registration online to the email provided on the website, [Email Removed] .

There has been no response.
All I wanted was to become a customer of Ebucks, but due to the call centre operator who would not heed my complaint but rather chose to insult me this has become a problem
