Registering for ebucks

I've been trying to register for EBucks. What a total mission. And even after the mission I'm still not registered.
At the beginning of November I tried to register via the Ebucks website - it only allows you to complete the first page - then I phoned the following number 087 320 3200 on the Ebucks website for assistance - I was told that there is something wrong with my computer (in my computer's defence - my IT guy also tried on various versions of the Internet - NO LUCK) and therefore I cannot register and that I should got to an FNB branch. I went to Heidelberg and the Nigel one and both told me that I must phone the ebucks number to register. Thus I phoned again. First of all the person didn't want to assist me - told me to go to a branch. After explaining for the 2nd time that the branches don't want to assist me, my details was taken down and I was told that some office will send me application forms within 14 working days. Well this was towards the end of November and today we are standing on the 8th of January 2014. I'm still waiting for any kind of service to register. And the worst of all - I'm actually an FNB customer already...
