After 3 break ins to our property and home and only claiming once Outsurance refuses to pay for our loss.
After our maid was held up by 3 men, they proceded to ransack our home.
My husband informed Outsurance. They asked for a list of goods. My husband gave them a list over the phone, but at the time had not gone through the house to ascertain what exactly was.
I noted Ousurance making a payment of R 1000.00 to my husbands account and realised what had happened. I sent an email to Matilda who contacted my husband. She was then informed of our loss/s.
They now refuse to cover the goods that were. Unacceptable. The reason for having insurance is to be covered in the event of a loss.
Now they want to get away without paying for the goods that were covered.
