GIVE ME THE CORRECT INFO!!!

I have an Mtn contract. I have 2 phones that I took out with the following numbers (0798796445 & 0718959348) I recently had my upgrades for both numbers in the month of Sep & Oct 2013. My problem is that for the past 3 months or even 4 months I was charged for "BIS" when I was not supposed to be charged. So now when I called the help line Ref no: 106864372, they told me that I have to wait for 15 working days from when I reported it to get the refund processed. Then I must wait for my statement to be sent to me, then after that I must call in again to ask them to refund it back into my account!!! I FEEL THAT IS JUST!! You were able to debit the money every month on time now I must wait a whole month for my refund!!! When I called in again they told me tht in Dec they will just debit me a lesser amount. not the full amount as the owe me. But on the 27th Dec 2013 I was debited on my account amount of: R 1, 019.00 WHY!!! So I did a reverse order as I was left in a minus on my acc so now I want to know wht is amount I must pay & Also stop my debit order I will pay cash from now on!!! *PS: ALL THE REF NUMBERS FOR MY CALLS/EMAILS 106864372, 107505607, 107568569, 7439877, 7499664
