I'm using OUTSURANCE to insure my vehicle as the price they quote me on last year was fantastic and affordable. I moved to a new, safer area and phoned OUTSURANCE 28 May 2013, to change my address. On this change, according to them, the new area I am moving to is considered a high risk area and this increased my premium by a large amount. I would like prove from the company that this is a high risk area. My knowledge of this area and house I moved to is that in the past 25 years there has been maybe 3 incidents (Family living at this property for 25 years). Please indicate to me how this is high risk! They only way that I can keep my premium low is by increasing my Basic Excess.
I personally feel that OUTSURANCE is taking a chance and would appreciate it if they can assist me in this matter.
The consultant however I dealt with was very friendly and helpful and he was able to assist me in my language.
