Paid but still shows that i'm owing

WONGA can you please update your system. I have changed my banking details and because i had an active loan i was unable to update them as a result i had to do an EFT on the same day that the debit order was supposed to go off my old account. I've done that yesterday morning since my payment was due yesterday and i 've sent through the proof of payment. I even called to confirm if my email was recieved and they told me they did and my account will be updated within 24hrs. When i logged in this morning my account was still not updated. Please sort this mess out because i also want to update my banking details on your system.

I really appreciate the fact that you've always there for me when i need you but you should really get your administration in order as well to avoid such things. This will have impact on my ITC.With all due respect please sort this out before the end of today. I've always been a good client so pls don't spoil my name.
