So it's been more than two weeks already and have anyone from wonga contacted me yet to tell me they updated my name on my account? NO!!! I don't know what type of business you run but my, how long does it take to update a 3 letter name on someones account??? When will you do it or did you delete my email when I emailed you a scanned copy of my I.D document so you can update my account. It's been more then two weeks more then two weeks and I can't apply for a loan because my personal details don't match my bank details and don't tell me every loan application is being assessed individually and all that bull cause I know why I can't apply. You guys didn't update my second name on my account and that's why it doesn't correspond with my bank details. Please do your job and deal with it asap
