My Wonga account was supposed to go off on a Sunday but never did, so i thought it would go off on the Monday since it was a Sunday. Still never did. It should have gone off the 17th but only went off on the 20th. 2 days ago I noticed that online my account status is, account not paid so I contacted the, witch by the way takes forever for them to answer a phone, and they advised me due to late payment, there is an outstanding balance of R67.00. So they advised me to pay R68 and if i e-mail them the proof of payment, they will update the information with in 24hrs. My details were not updated and now it reflects that I am in arrears with even more money. They do not contact a person to say you're in arrears or you still owe them money nothing. Now i paid the full outstating balance but they still don't update the info. They are my money. This is extreme poor service and I am not happy at all.
