I was insured with outsurance for my first car. when i bought me new car in September 2012 i called them as i needed insurance to get out of Toyota. they quoted me for more than R 2300 and i had to insure with another company. i called again to find out about their MOTO (We beat the quote or pay 400 and they advised that you have to be with your insurance for atleast 6 months). that was noted and 9 months later 27 May 2013 i call for another quote and they still came up to the same amount of over 2300. i pay 1900 for my car and currently insured for 744. it doesn't make sense to pay for more than you pay for the car. i asked about the 400 rands refund. nothing.
what is wrong outsurance, what are the term and conditions?
