This company has no ethics, and on their advertising, in 14 February 2013 i bought a BMW, before collecting it i called outsurance for a quote and the quoted me R2000 which was extremely high, i called Dial direct and they quoted me R 913, 72 more than half the quote from outsurance, so i took the cover from dial direct. On the 18 February 2013 i bought a second vehicle a NP200 nissan, i called dial direct and took the cover with the costing me R445.56 extremely affordable. now today 11 april 2013 after hearing knowing about the outsurance
so called promotion, so i called and tested they word, i called Keeshen 012 684 8434 and asked him to do a quote on by NP200 and as expected they quoted double on what i currently pay, so i told them well you owe me R400 and he said that the terms and condition say that if i called within 6months it is no applicable, so i responded that i called for a quote for a BMW in February not the NP200 as i did not own it at that time and my BMW was not insured with no company so the R400 did not apply as the vehicle has to be insured for the promotion to apply as per they T&C which i could `nt find on the website, so tell me WHAT DO YOULL HAVE TO SAY
